Forfeit the optimal advance neural circuit farm and go for the impact ice fusion reactor farm instead. It's a risk but you're taking a chance at setting yourself up for future success with Haley with a blue beetle ice combo on her especially if she is skill based benefiting from crit and cleanse on demand

While you wait and get drip fed a slightly better version of a character you already have and for a vendor that should've obviously been in the game on day 1😂 thats what we're preparing for
