From outside I thought 35m is a bit over priced, like Melanie mentioned the outside doesn’t tell enough story.

The industrial and earthly design works beautiful.
Marble and wood flooring mixer, first time seeing it, love it.

The Boma gives that Out in the African Bush feeling.

The Main bedroom is an apartment loft of its own.
