Saw this video and decided to go with two friends on a whim ... we were blown away. Flavor profile was absolutely divine. We did everything tapas style — mandocas, hallaca, a tomato dish, bollitos, and a few desserts — and every single dish was a hit. Can't recommend it enough <3
