With regard to the bench, they need to play more to establish a rhythm offensively and defensively, just like the starters.

Knicks fan since 1970. Word of advice. Enjoy the improvement and success but wait until the playoffs like last year to get overly excited.

The pieces are there. I just hope we spread the minutes out these next few months to not have the guys worn down when playoffs roll around. At this point we should just wait for Mitch and hope he can play 20 games of the next possible 50 give or take a Finals run

I watched the Cav's-Lakers game tonight and on the 2nd night of a back to back, the Cav's were clearly the deeper better shooting team. I think the Knicks lack the depth, especially off the bench to compete with Cleveland, Boston or Oklahoma City

Mitch is the X-factor. Knicks starting defense should improve and bench offense should improve as JH slots to the bench.

I think the Knicks could add T.J. Warren. I think he could score off the bench and if Bridges or OG gets hurt you could combine him with Dadier or Okeke.

are those starter/bench numbers normalizing to minutes played/posessions each game? Just have a hunch that the reason they are ranked #30 in defense (and #1 offense) is because they are just playing more minutes, so naturally they'll score and give up more points

Happy New Year we are a threat. On offense our ball movement and chemistry are off the charts. The defense will gell and accelerate when Mitch returns. We are coming .
