This is a great video! A true service to the horology community. Nothing could demonstrate the monotony of Seiko watch design more clearly than this (except looking thru the GS catalog, of course). An Acura by another name is still an expensive Honda. You are to be commended.

Seiko should make a beautiful battery to power their high end quartz watches. Their Quartz "Movement" looks beautiful, but the battery ruins an otherwise fine work.

The watches aren't moving, one of the best features of the spring drive is how smoothly the second hand moves. Beautiful pieces, but please wind them next time

I love Grand Seiko, but how do they justify not reversing the date windows on a luxury watch? It's infuriating.

Very nice watches. GS is awesome and way more precise than rolex, omega and co. But it really annoys me that none of them are ticking in this video

Why aren't the seconds hands ticking? I mean I am aware that these pieces were in the show cases but shouldn't a slight movement or jerk cause them to move temporarily considering the fact that these movements are so refined
