For House#1, the Spanish style is SO heavy; that kitchen is SO dark in how they filmed it. And the Realtor keeps saying how great it is for kids, and I I assume that is if your kids and two dogs are allergic to grass. So much Spanish tile and pavers.

They probably heard it as 3.5mil for the 3rd house? I would've chosen the 3rd house!

I have best friends but we; have never stood that close!🙄 She quoted 3 Mil yet; 2.5 Mil, was too much! I think that she is just a "LOOKIE LOU! They are just out having fun; while her husband is away making the bread! I loved house #3 & #1!

The show is fake, buyer is fake. This show has 3 sale agents and 0 buyer.
The buyer is explaining the agent and her friend how good the house. She is moving from a small home to a budget of 3 million. The show is only to attract other buyers. The 1st house has no cooling, small ceiling, old flooring, multiple windows that's going to have issues during winter.
Or If this is real then the kids won't love house 2 much but the kids mom will have to boast that she got her husband buy a $3.3 million house and her husband will have to work more.
