I love spanish style homes as well as modern homes if they are done right. Usually with spanish you need to lighten them up on the inside and make the right updates, but keep the right traditional touches that give it character. Modern is usually bright and updated but needs the right landscaping and colorful accents to make it feel warm.

First house is nice just change the entire interior including bar area counter top room furniture into something modern and this house will turn out great and best choice I’ll go with first one and changing entire interior into something more new modern style

I love that a lot of the houses have solar panels on their roof. Great way to power your house naturally, especially in sunny California.

Interesting how agents always say “I’m showing you this house because...” We know it’s whatever is available, lol.
Also, his choice was pretty obvious, since he said he wanted modern and ranch style.

I love house #2. That is what I personally like. Open space, easy to clean and you still have room to divide the home up more if you really wanted to.

I’d choose house 2 as well, it’s contemporary, in addition their electrical and plumbing running are newer I suppose and later you can add your personal touch and vibe. Good choice!

The 1st house is like you have your own small dream town.. In that tennis court i can build one more house like the 2nd one

I really did not like #1 & 3
# 2 is amazing, not many people like white color
But I love it & I love modern contemporary style with an open space... & the price was excellent

I loved the second house. Though it lacked character, at 1.75 million, there is enough money left over to add some characteristics to the house that would make it less cold and unappealing yet leave it as modern and minimalistic as it came, which is what I love.

I would pick house 2, the modern contemporary one. Its much smaller than the others, but its clean looking and you can add your own touches. I would landscape the front yard though.
