SPECIAL BIKO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

FOR BIKO:
4 cups Glutinous rice or Sweet sticky rice
5 cups Coconut Cream
3 cups Water
2 cups Brown Sugar

PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat oven on 350 F
2. Combine Coconut cream, water and sweet sticky rice.
3. Turn on Heat.
4. Keep stirring continously until the rice consume all the liquids.
5. Add brown sugar.
6. Keep on stirring until the sweet sticky rice is cooked.
7. Grease pan before spreading the Biko or Sweet Sticky rice cake.
8. Spread Biko or Sweet sticky rice cake evenly on the baking pan.
9. Pour topping evenly.
10. Place the Biko or sticky rice cake inside the oven. (Middle Rack)
11. Bake for 25 minutes on 350 F. Then increase the temperature to 375 F for 20 mins.
12. Remove Biko or sticky rice cake from oven after its done.

FOR TOPPINGS:
3 cups Coconut Cream
2 cups Brown Sugar

PROCEDURE:
1. Combine coconut cream and brown sugar.
2. Mix it well.
3. Turn heat on medium high.
4. Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens.
5. Set Aside.

10-20 Servings
