I have an i5-7th gen gtx 1650 16gb ram and i am getting around 45 fps on highest settings with your tweaks i got 55 stable fps but i cant help but stuttering even at lowst possible graphic i think its the game problem

How did you change your resolution to 1440p,
The game disable changing it on settings

With a 4090 why arent you running the graphics at the highest settings? The game is locked at 60fps. Or did you find a way to unlock the FPS?
