FLUFFY STRAWBERRY MOUSSE RECIPE - SORTED

This creamy and light strawberry mousse is simple and one of our favourite fruit puddings.
A hassle free dessert that you can make the day before and bung in the fridge until needed... better still, it's fluffy mousse that doesn't use gelatin.

For filling cakes you might want something a bit firmer.... perhaps with gelatine. This is very light and soft.

Yep... although it's a slightly different method because chocolate goes solid again when cold, which strawberry purée doesn't. Search "chocolate mousse SORTED"

I made this for tonight's supper! I had a little bit of strawberry mix left and I added it to some fizzy water and its delicious and refreshing. I bet the mouse is gonna be even tastier :)

It doesn't have a strong lemon flavor, but it brightens up the flavor and makes it taste fresher.
