I am in the first week of floating 6x a week. 3 floats in, and I can already access a level of calm outside the tank I never would have imagined. When I first got in this last time, I rolled by head back and laughed.

It’s like my childhood dream come true.

I had my very first float experience a few days ago and it was incredibly relaxing, before going in for my first float i had all kinds of anxiety and thoughts that i would fall asleep in the tank along with other thoughts i had. After i got situated in the float, i felt my body begin to float and and my body completely relaxed in a way i havent felt in years, it was truly amazing.

I just had my first float. I loved it. It was 75 minutes but it only felt like half an hour. I don't think I fell sleep but it doesn't make sense how fast time went.

Thank you for all your input, I am about to go in in 4 days . My very pregnant daughter swears by it, this floating really helps her body, mind and spirit uplift tremendously. I specialize in sharing my knowing —. Not just knowledge from books etc and the Knowing from within to the people who are ready to live up to their utmost potential .i am very excited to experience. I watched this while doing book research and my friend- GREAT WORK! I would assume that the more open you already are to that wilder more spiritual experience the more likely you are to experience it- I wonder- do you feel aware of your own skepticisms or have a sense that you're choosing "how far it goes"? 8:30 Sounds like a pretty typical hypnagogic hallucination. I've never floated, hope to soon, but have experienced this when trying to lucid dream.

I really like this! I’ve done probably a dozen floats I am soon going to embark on a good number. I don’t know if I can at afford 30 floats in 30 days but I plan to do a bunch in succession. I have had a long meditation practice I did hey Vipassana retreat a few months ago. I really wish this video had included a better sense of timeline. How did these people progress ? Day one day 2 day 3? did everybody in this video to three days straight? How long were their floats? i’m thinking about doing a good number of two hour floats. this was a great video but I think for people like me who have some experience and are ready to embark on something greater more information from all these people about their timeline, all the details like that would be very very helpful.

Hey :) you seem to always be experimenting with new routines and habits. Do you think these attempts all have an underlying goal in alleviating your depression. I feel like you have struggled with depression for sometime now. Are you still limiting your caffeine and alcohol intake ?
