I love everything about these echo flows other than their Cincy Stan for their panels. I just ordered one which the power unit has arrived, but there’s a backlog for the solar panels I truly hope they show up with their new design kickstand.

Thanks for the review, nice looking machine. One thing to remember about electricity, every process/convention is power loss. So if charging dc power tool batteries it would more efficient to charge straight dc to dc, rather than dc/ac/dc.

I have 190 watts of goal zero solar panels and 3 solar batteries, 2-older Goal Zero and 1200 watt from a company that went out of business. Things have gotten better and cheaper over time. This really looks like a good deal

You want XBoost off unless you're only running resistive loads, it drops the voltage output to allow larger devices to still run at reduced power. Doing that with computers and other more sensitive devices can damage them

Also you're communicating over WiFi when it's showing the blue signal bar icon next to the name. Bluetooth will show the Bluetooth logo offset to the right of the name with a cloud and broken chain icon

Seems to me the trick is to charge this off your home AC to full, then put it on the panels to keep it charged and use it off grid as needed.

If they were not so "app dependent", it would help me out and maybe i'd buy one. Why can't all your settings be on the unit.
Please tell me this, have you tried running aa 5-6000btu window ac on it. I'd love to know it that would work and how long the ac would run....on just the unit's power.

Mine just arrived today got the 400w solar as well. Plan on using it for my shed so I don’t have to run power and for minor power outages for convenience of internet and recharging cell phones and laptops etc.

Mine should be here in the next 4 to 5 days. Will be my first experience with solar. Just wanted it for emergencies only. Can leave in the corner and pull out whenever I need it as long as I keep the batteries charged. btw....you're funny !! lol

Sir I want to buy this for a little place we have in PR. I surely can’t afford the full solar panel way but 2 to 4 I could manage. I have been looking where to buy on the island. No where I can for the ecoflow original price. There are places but they double the price. That’s crazy. I’m not sure if Amazon would bring to my side of Island.

Keep bringing in the ecoflow information I love it. What I want to do for future would be to connect the 120/240 outlet and buy the unit that can run 120/240,
I believe the ecoflow pro3 and the ultra have that connection. All this will most likely happen in the coming years as ecoflow gets better and the prices go lower.

My question is can the unit stay plugged in or should I unplug it when not being used. Or should I plug in a fan to unit and then plug unit into a outlet for charging.
