I went to the ARMS 2.0 program in august of 2023. I would recommend it for anyone considering it. The Cadre there are great, and its a good pre basic experience.

I just want to be sent to fat camp, fuck it man send me. I just want assistance in losing the weight. I'm in the 2% threshold but when I cant even do a mile in under 11 minutes im having a hard time. I'm not a runner and never have been. I have 27 days until I ship out, right now im basically only doing interval running where I'll run for 3 minutes then walk 3 minutes and repeat until I reach 30 minutes time and I'll do that 3 times a day.

That said those Rehab'd Recruits we picked up from the "Fatty- Fatty" & "Boom-Boom" platoons... They quickly, easily & joyfully kicked everyone's arse, immediately owning any and all squad leader positions. 6:25
