I made this yesterday. I used 2 tablespoons of instant espresso, 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tbs of hot water. I used a hand whisk. It actually didn’t take too too long. Ice and almond milk. It even stayed frothy on top after mixing.

I really don’t know why this recipe is so famous in Asia those days... but this is a really old Brazilian recipe that a lot of cheap cafes sell as “creamy coffee” ! It’s so interesting how it spread around the world! Love you recipes 💕

That's so sweet cause here in Italy this recipe for that "foam" was everywhere last summer but they didn't use it with milk, they just drank it that way. I think this is way more interesting for me as I usually don't enjoy espresso and Italian coffee so much. Gotta buy some instant coffee.
