🔸INGREDIENTS:
50g sugar
50g instant coffee
500ml fresh cream
100g milk
50ml cold espresso coffee
Cocoa powder

🔹PROCEDURE:
In a bottle, using a funnel, mix together sugar, instant coffee, fresh cream, milk, and cold espresso coffee. Shake for 5 minutes and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes before using. Dust with cocoa powder. 😋

Sweet! Love these! This particular recipe is not as fluffy as others due to the added milk. (However with the added milk in this recipe, it really helps to tame the strong coffee taste- if you prefer if more subtle- this guys recipe is great!)
I make mine with Granulated sugar, expresso or instant coffee already prepared and cooled, and whipping cream.
It creates stiffer peeks and is almost similar to an expresso mousse or something. So yum!! I drizzle a little caramel on top and dust with cocoa powder and a little powdered sugar 🙂
