2007 Duramax LBZ Sticky Turbo VGT vanes - Error Codes P003A P2563

I've put off pulling the turbo for 60,000 miles and 4-5 years. It was a major PITA. My truck sat for 3 months getting body repair and these little vanes rusted onto the posts and wouldn't come free with oven cleaner, WD-40, PB blaster, simple green, and anything else I could squirt in there to try and free them up.
It was rust, not soot that seized them. Specifically on the posts and in the vane post holes.
I cleaned all surfaces with an air die grinder with various scotch-brite bits, then coated all mating surfaces with 1800F anti-seize.
Not sure how to prevent this from happening again long term, but I sure as hell never want to pull the turbo again.

My 06 LBZ with 109k threw the P2563 for the 1st time the other day while towing my 35' 5th wheel. Im not liking what I'm reading and hearing about this code💰💰💰

What could happen if you put this off to long? I’ve got both codes on my Duramax. Runs perfectly fine, builds normal boost as well. Just the vanes stick
