How to Add DNS Records in AWS?

Add DNS records and verify your domain in AWS. Applicable for Freshsales Suite and Freshmarketer.

Follow these steps:
1. Login to your AWS management console and go to AWS Hosted Zone settings.
2. Click the Create Record button.
3. Select the record type as CNAME.
4. Now, under Domain Verification, copy the host field of the first record and paste it in the Record name field in AWS. Ensure to remove the domain name, including the period from the copied text.

AWS will automatically append it to the record.

5. Copy the Value text of the same record and paste it in the Value field in AWS.
6. Click Create Record and confirm that the new record is now shown in the list.
Repeat the same steps for all the remaining records in the domain configuration page.
