In Buddhism, samsara is the cycle of existence characterized by continuous rebirth, sickness, aging, and death. This cycle, driven by uncontrollable factors such as destructive emotions, leads to various forms of suffering. Samsara represents a lack of control over our existence, similar to how we lack control over our dreams or emotional reactions.

The Buddha taught that by understanding and accepting the realities of samsara, including the inevitability of death and the suffering inherent in existence, individuals can better manage life's challenges. This understanding fosters acceptance, enabling individuals to address issues more effectively. Learn more about samsara and Buddhism's unique teachings that enable us to escape this cycle in this video with Geshe Namdak!

Suffering is caused by the ignorance.
The ignorance will lead to lack of wisdom.
Lack of wisdom will lead to misunderstand.
For example : We believe that this body is our true self.
Because we are misunderstanding.
Therefore we attach to everything in this world.
I want to know, where can I find our true self?
It's just the belief. In realality our true self is just
phenomenon. What you see now doesn't mean a human being, doesn't mean an animal or an object.
===
= Everything in this world is the universal truth.
The universal truth is the true nature of reality
that has no name in any ficticious language
as we belive it.
For example : What you see or hear now is universal
truth such as...you are universal truth, I'm universal truth. Therefore we are not a human being. We are
just the phenomenon.
Therefore no one suffers. No one is happy.
(Please bare in mind).

If you want to escape suffering, align more with life (the big guy, supreme consciousness, existence, supreme reality etc..).
The less aligned with life you are (overindulgence, severe austerity or zealotous thinking, negative judgmental thinking, etc..) the more there will be dissatisfaction and suffering.
Don't push yourself to be a criminal or holy man. Just BE (cool kind compassionate non violent, loving sexual sensual mischievous).
Realize that you are the world and the world is within you. Don't give in to severe or unnecessary drama (saying garbage like "I am a sinner, I am not worthy of God's presence, I am a martyr for the world, I want to bring about world peace no Matter the Cost!!", etc..). These are nothing more than projections of what's known as "holy vanity".

Try to BE (in personality), like a super happy amazingly chill and relaxed kid.
WITH your current level of intelligence and wisdom. And Always manifest fun cool interesting people to you that have that same sense of wander, wisdom, and childlike curiosity and energy.
