I have a Sony a7ii and I did all the step’s except USB power supply is not there and when I get to the photos on my Mac book air. I click import videos and nothing happens

Thank you for the video. I was using the SD card reader +a6400+ iPad Pro for while with no issues. I changed cameras ( same model) and the iPad AND iPhone no longer see the video files. Upon researching it online others have the same issue but neither Apple or Sony know what's going on. Im beyond frustrated because I used it for traveling and editing on the go. Any insights? May be there's a setting in the camera I accidental changed? I did get the new Ronin SC- had to make some setting changes. Any help pis greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙏

Hi, is the cable USB C (Camera) to lightning (iPad/iPhone) cable, or USB C (Camera) to USB C (iPad/iPhone)?
