Having the Daleks isolated from the Doctor and the confines of normal Doctor Who episode structure is just so refreshing. I love how they all have different personalities and morals!

Loving the Dalek Strategist. Notice how he's so much older than the rest of the Daleks, with a visibly older style of casing. I feel there's a lot of character to be explored there, which is not something you can say of most Daleks.

Love how the strategist is an original dalek from early Who. Nice touch. And the emperor with his massive dome... almost sounded like tom baker for a bit as well!

The animation is still a bit weird it looks like a PS2 game but The story is amazing

To anyone complaining about the animation quality, just remember that this is additional content that was produced during a pandemic and can be watched for FREE. There's really no need to complain - just enjoy it! I personally thought it was a great first episode. And after that cliff-hanger I'll definitely be tuning in for future episodes!

I love this new restoration empire. They actually gave the different command Daleks subtly different personalities unlike the paradigm, which were just Daleks with different colours.

This was really getting some heat at the end though! I already see the Daleks have goofed big time with their greed, probably more than they bargained for.
