How To Apply for a Foreign Credential Evaluation

Here is how to apply online for a foreign credential evaluation
First enter your email address, and phone number. Then below select who you will be submitting your evaluation to and enter the receiving person's name.
Enter the type of credential you’re submitting, how many years you have been studying and your graduation year if applicable.
Now, Enter the name of your issuing school or institution, and the country you studied in.
Translations deal with languages while evaluations deal with equivalencies.
You may provide a certified translation from another professional translator or company
or you can use our translation service. We'll provide a translation quote by email, after you complete the rest of the application process.
If your documents are already in English then you're all set!
Option number 1, arrange for your foreign university or college to send your official transcripts directly to SpanTran by mail or by email.
Option 2, upload your unverified documents to SpanTran and we will verify them at an additional cost, verification speed may vary.
Select your evaluation service, check the box that applies for you. If you need help deciding, select the dropdown and read through the various statements and we will suggest the best option.
Now you are going to select one of the various processing times, then click next page. Now select the delivery method, an electronic copy of your evaluation will be automatically emailed to the address you provided at the beginning of this application.
You can also select to receive a hard copy through one of our delivery methods.
Upload a scanned version of at least one government issued form of identification.
Now let's go to the next page.
Upload a scanned copy of your official academic documents and any professional licenses. Please also Indicate if your school is sending the documents directly to SpanTran.
We're almost finished, now just read the terms and conditions, and digitally sign below. Enter your card info and billing address into our secure checkout.
When you're done click submit.
