Thank you for this video!!! This was much needed! Do you have any about aging and life changes?
I tend to enjoy changes.
My husband, not so much.
I’ve been trying to help him through several major life changes, forced early retirement, therefore loss of his lunch social life ( aka drinking buddies), loss of friends due to aging or illness, loss of friends due to his own ( admittedly) recent emotional breakdown, moving to a new home and town after 40 years, and missing family due to COVID. And now I am feeling like his “ handler” ! Not caregiver... but handler.
I say that because not only did he recently have an emotional breakdown but I’m often on guard with concerns over what he may say to others. He repeats comments, jokes, flirts, ( yes he has always be an outgoing habitual attention speaker), and his actions. I even feel I need to be with him at meetings where he is trying to restart his business. He gets impatient and a bit arrogant assuming he is the guy with experience.... that does fly well these days.
And videos on aging men? Even that would maybe help. LOL

Thank you for this Dr Paul. When I saw the title I thought "oh no, not coronavirus again" but somehow I knew that if it is your video I will not regret watching - and off course I was right 😊 Thinking about change make me anxious but hearing what you said definite helps.
