Prof. Prabhu Pingali, Professor of Applied Economics and the founding director of Tata-Cornell Institute (TCI), Cornell University, Ithaca, USA, speaks at the National level Workshop on "Development of Biofortified Crops' Value Chains for Nutritional Security in South Asia" held on 31st January 2019.
