Pacers won the 2nd round. They got legit first round talent. 2 legit steals.

The biggest loser to me is Atlanta. They lucked out with the number one pick, but drafted a guy who likely would have gone 5-10 in almost any other draft. He was also their only pick, so they're betting everything on his development, because they owe all of their future first round picks to the Spurs up until 2028 from the Murray trade. Their only hope for the 2020's is that Risacher becomes a star!
