I know I'm about 3 years late (7 years total) to this 2008 published video table but.... seeing that not everyone has Windows Server 2012 yet, and I'm moving from software development to Server/Desktop/Network support, this presentation was great. My question is what Memory & Disk size configuration did you use on VirtualBox for the WinServ2008 install?

Don't know if this has been requested before or often but have you ever considered doing 2008 AD /exchange setup video like you have for server 2012? The reason I ask is because at work 80% of our clients use server 2008 R2 and my boss says its very different from 2012.

To know if you are 64 bit or 32 bit, type echo %processor_architecture% if it answers AMD64, it is 64 bit, if it writes x86, you are 32 bit

well theres the Server 8 Beta. avaiable for my college's free software download site for computer majors.

But yeah they arnt finished with The Windows 8 server version yet.

Hey I have tried pressing F11, and all that instructions but what i observe is., it simply skips...with sound as if I have a CD in the CD drive...some expert help here

So, should you not install this on a drive that already has a version of Windows on it? Should you install it to a clean HDD?
Just asking because I don't want to overwrite my current version of Windows, but I want to test Windows Server out.
