Using Virtualbox with Solus Linux distro as my host. Is there something special I have to do since im running Server 08 in VBOX? LIke do I bind the IP for the server to the IP im assigned by my router (local) the routers gateway IP or my external? IM using a bridge connectoin.

Very helpful video. Connects to the localhost ftp with success. In the end when I connect to my public ip using ftp its asks for a username/password. I do that but it repeatedly asks for the same and when I cancel the message appears "530 Login incorrect". What have I done wrong/ not done? Kindly help

Sir, I have installed FTP Server Role in Windows Server 2008 .I have created a folder in desktop .Then I have created FTP Sites and i have given path to home dirctory( folder created in desktop).But after creating FTP site, i clicked refrsh. Then also Desktop Files are not showing.Why.?
