In my opinion, this movement expelled me from the game, it feels so disgustingly horrible and detestable to play the new Fortnite just for the movement. I have been playing the private server projects of the old Fortnite, not only did they change the movement, but also how the movement moves. camera with respect to movement and that seems the most horrible to me

I still like Fortnite but that’s why I stopped playing tbh and every time I’m trying to get back into it I just can’t because I don’t like these new movements. Like keep it the same, you don’t gotta make it realistic lol just keep it how it was

Could you do a side by side comparing the speed of the new movement from the first day vs. the “buff” they did for movement speed. I don’t see a difference and would love to see a side by side.

like bruh why did they change the perfect movement to this. the animations dont even matter why would u change the way the character moves and its momentum bruh the games been out for like 6 years and then they do this shit. i need it back

Animation doesn't make sense for creative since the speed did not change there. They can keep it if they want for battle royale, but in creative it should revert to the old running animation. If they change the speed in creative in the future, it should use the old running animation if someone disables tactical sprinting.

Save The World just feels like garbage now tho give it the old one please lol

I feel like the new one makes sense as there is already a running animation for the sprint, so it's almost as if you were walking. But I wish the speed was the same

no wonder this game feels so terrible I been playing since s1 chapter 1 and play here n there now but playing just felt so weird n stiff I never really noticed why tho cause I was always sprinting and sliding. but now ik.. epic game literally love to ruin everything good in this game pathetic company

Did you guys know the guy who made this change got doxxed by someone on twitter i understand people hate the movement I do too but the fact someone harassed them because of this they are lucky epic didn’t ban them because they threatened epic games

I’m so glad they corrected this to an extent. The “sprinting” was more like a leisurely Sunday stroll. I may have adapted but it didn’t feel too good.

I love the old movement but I started in Chapter 2 season 7 so I’ve been there but the only thing I like about the new moment is the walking because u look a npc or a boss walking
