This is better so that the "I Wanna Be Bob the Builder" are limited to being way slower and not making people dizzy when they see their "clips" (as you can tell they haven't seen sunlight for 4 days in a row)

A tip for those who want to navigate quickly: after gaining a little speed while tactical sprinting, start doing a fast slide then cancel it, make sure the slide is so fast that the animation doesn’t fully complete.
You can also call it (slide cancels)
edit: it got patched, so you can still do it but not as broken as before.
