This lady's voice is YouTube gold. Here is the basic format she discusses (below). The video was very helpful and I would absolutely recommend watching the whole thing. I am only putting the format down below to save people the hassle of pausing the video and then having to retype it to create their own.

The career identity statement reminds me of when they tell entrepreneurs to have an elevator pitch ready at all times for their business. This is like your 'why should I care' elevator pitch for future recruiters. Best of luck to all.
