Fun fact: The world's strongest kids record is held by two Canadian girls. Rory Van Ulft for youngest person to lift 2x body weight over their head (I think she was age 9 when she did it). Emily Ibanez for youngest person to lift at least 200 lbs over their head (202 lbs at age 11).

Those familiar with Rory usually aren't aware she's mainly a gymnast who does weight lifting on the side.
