In the run up to Xmas people are really generous when it comes to giving to food banks. We visited a food bank in Glasgow which has over 100 people using it each week, in the last year 3433 people have visited and the client base varies drastically. One of the biggest issues this food bank has to deal with is there are no donations in January and February which can leave them in short supply. In this short film Ryan explains what you could do to help.

It's really shocking also I'm really shocked by some of the comments on other videos that I've been watching on YouTube how people are judging I wouldn't judge because what goes around comes around today it's these people tomorrow it could be you this could happen to anyone so no one should be judging
