What should you donate to food banks?

Here we have the CEO of Daily Bread Food Bank, the director of the Sai Dham Food Bank, Executive director Fort York Food Bank how many other food banks are operating in the Toronto Area, what is the combined salary of all of this management and how is this many different organizations doing the same job beneficial?
