But I see italian sentences and I know the words but they are in complete different places to where you would think they should be, does this video suggest everyone has a different lingo? And also does it mean that if I just use correct masc feminine, singular plural, past present and future, I would be understood even if I put it into my own words

you said that, Non will be added before the verb, why Sono is counted as verb before tornata ? and we say
non sono tornata a casa in treno instead of (sono non tornata a casa in treno)
