How to make the most delicious Pavlov's cake? A very simple recipe. Any hostess can make this cake, your guests will be delighted with the most delicious dessert.

Pavlova cake or Pavlova dessert is the best cake for a holiday, for the new year. It always delights with its snow-white appearance and delicate taste of meringue and cream with berries.

We will need:
✔️150г egg whites
✔️250г powdered sugar
✔️2ст.l. starch
✔️1ч.sp. lemon juice
✔️1ч.l. vanilla
For the cream:
✔️190г cottage cheese
✔️60г sugar
✔️1ч.l. lemon juice
Berries and jam to assemble the cake))

Whip the protein, add the powdered sugar, starch, vanilla and citric acid and whip to firm peaks for about 5 minutes (the cream will hold its shape perfectly).
Drop the crust onto a baking tray in the shape of beautiful marshmallows and send to dry in the oven at 130° for about an hour~a half hour.
We will need 2 pieces👌.
While the cake is drying in the oven let's make the cream.
Beat cottage cheese, sugar and citric acid.
We assemble our dessert cake, on the cake we put the cream with beautiful marshmallows.
On top lay out a couple of spoonfuls of jam (I used raspberry puree mixed with condensed milk, but you can use any jam) and lay out the berries.
Repeat the same with the second layer and serve😋.
