you are saving my life bro, i have been trying to quit for YEARS man just smoking all day every day since high school and it has been impossible for me but your videos and pdf guides are absolute life savers man, your genuine approach with love and sympathy really opened up my ears and made me really truly listen to shit that i have heard already but never listened

I smoked for 14 years and quit a month ago. The first week is definitely the hardest. I thought about it constantly and felt very irritable and restless. I also lost motivation to do literally anything like cook or clean because I always would smoke before any and every task because it would make it more enjoyable for me. It took me a good 3 weeks to start feeling motivated to take care of basic responsibilities again. People who say it’s not addicting are lying to themselves.

I always hated seeing your videos cuz I felt like it was the universe telling me to stop and I didn’t want to, now my body’s telling me to stop and I look up how to make it better your videos were the first that I seen and I was so relieved to see this

Yup. Quit 20 days ago and I feel 10x better than when I was a daily smoker. The first 4 days were awful because I couldn’t sleep. It’s so worth it.

There are ups and down to quitting weed, I'm on week 2 and I'm able to enjoy food a lot more, sleep better and much happier but anxiety is through the roof. I'm happy with my decision. Nicotine is up next.

I so appreciate your content. I've been wanting to quit cannabis for years and tried to do so many times, but without long term success. I'm starting to learn and shift perspectives thanks to your content, so thank you

I broke down in tears today and I've been really irritable lately. I don't want to give up but it's been taking a toll on my relationships. I don't know how much more of this I can take

been smoking for 2 years just about everyday, recently got into carts about 5 months ago and pretty much destroyed my tolerance lol, decided to go on a t break for a couple weeks and the withdrawals for me include insomnia, sweats, headaches, and some nausea. dreams haven’t affected me really at all, my appetite hasn’t really been affected too much either. but i’m a week sober now and the sweats have died down quite a bit, insomnia is something i always struggled with so that’s nothing new to me. But for me i feel like if i were to quit some day that i would be able to do it. I feel i am a mentally strong person and i know i could get through it.

i’ve been smoking weed everyday for the last 2 years i’m holiday rn no weed out here zero withdrawals i very much think it depends on the person and how easy they pick up habits weed “addiction” is completely psychological, don’t let it control you because physically it doesn’t wield that power

I had a break for 2 years and now I smoke very rarely and I don’t even have a wish for it all the time, it just became a background thing and I also only take a couple puffs because it’s a great experience. Learn to handle this drug, use it don’t abuse it, or leave it alone it’s yourself that is doing this not the drug. 9.5/10 times I no if someone offers me
