The Moscow Central Circle or MCC (Russian: Московское центральное кольцо, МЦК), designated Line 14 and marked in a strawberry red/white color is a 54-kilometre-long (34 mi) orbital urban/metropolitan rail line that encircles historical Moscow. The line is rebuilt from the Little Ring of the Moscow Railway and opened to passengers on 10 September 2016 and is operated by the Moscow Government owned company MKZD through the Moscow Metro, with the state-run Russian Railways selected as the operation subcontractor. The infrastructure, trackage and platforms are owned and managed by Russian Railways, while most station buildings are owned by MKZD. ~Wikipedia

Monorail doesn't have any connection with MCC.

3:56 this is not MCC, there are no interconnected trains running on it. (Google Translate)

I still can't believe you completely omitted the entire MCD metro rail system from your trip to Moscow 😭😭 That's like not noticing an elephant in the room

The London OVERground is somewhat similar to this Moscow 'outer circle'. The London line is however only a hew kilometres from the city centre and the trains (very bus) are only 4-5 car.
On a different point, I like the station shown at 2m 21s where the footbridge across the tracks has a seated waiting area. Is this common in Russia? I have not brrn to Russia but I have visited Sweden and there a number of stations have been rebuilt with wide footbridges which also serve as heated waiting rooms.
