Cop Retiring After 25 Years Gives Final Call to Dispatcher Daughter

After decades on the job as a Tennessee police officer, Austin L. Garrett signed off one last time.
His daughter Hailey was on the other end of the line for the county’s 911 Emergency Communications District Dispatcher.
