Tips and Tricks | Overview Awareness and Customization

This newbro tips and tricks video covers the Overview; what it is -in simplest terms- and how to modify it using pre-created Overview packs created by the community. Overview packs are groups of pre-defined settings and customizations for the EVE Online Heads-Up Display (or HUD).

This is meant as ancillary information for new players, and so that new players will understand what is being asked of them on joining a corporation or alliance which relies on Overview packs to unify the experience and situational awareness of their members. There are many different overview packs available for EVE Online, created by members of the community.

Man, you may want to rethink making videos when you are sick. The sniffles are highly distracting. Great information, but brutal hearing your congestion and periodic nasal issues.

Thank you for doing something to explain Z-S Overview. Everybody seems to use Z-S Overview but it is really poorly documented. Are the coloured purple, white and yellow "ballons" bracket markers in the backdrop window defined by Z-S Overview or is it another setting?
