I really enjoyed the aspect of this video where the knives were hidden in the bag. I think it would be fun to do the knife FAQ videos like this where we can’t see all of your answers before you give them, especially as someone who has been watching for a while. I’ve gotten to the point where I know a lot of the knives that I see on the table and I really enjoyed trying to guess what the knives were as they were coming out rather than know what it was before it was said.

I started my knife nut journey back up about 6 months ago due to DCA and knife center. Since then i have been waiting for a Spyderco Caribbean, purchased a kershaw leek sandvik/d2 and a Coldsteel AD10. Absolutely in love with the AD10 for a hard use edc.

Your reviews and knowledge are truly awesome as always. Coming from the UK, our laws dictate slip-joint (non locking) knives only under 3 inches. It would be fantastic at some point in the future to see your expertise directed towards a few of these. I had one of these more expensive bugout. The side blade play was annoying and nothing I tried helped.. only a few weeks after owning the knife one of the omega springs broke.
Benchmade sent me a set of new springs and I was able to sell the knife... not my first bad experience with Benchmade. I'd take a civivi over a benchmade for sure.

To anyone on the fence about CRKT, don’t be. They make amazing knives and I dunno at all how they sell them so cheap. My favorite hard use knife is a CK Folder and the thing cost $20 back in like 2015 when my uncle bought it.

He bought like 20 of them in a sprint run before the formal model came out as party favors (he’s a Navy Special Forces soldier, or was) and he held onto three of them and gave to his nephew’s.. I’m his nephew.

Thing is amazing. It’s a thick cerakoted 8cr13MoV blade and it’s what you’d want in a shorty situation. It’s so tough I’m convinced it could be run over by a truck and not have any issues. I suggest picking up a CRKT Pilar 2 or 3 for around $40 and you’ll see what I mean.

I would like to see replacement handles for the AD 20.5. The Only reason I haven't even attempted to obtain one is plastic handles. For the price point I'm not good with plastic.

Got the black and orange ria. It's fantastic. Looks classy. Doesn't scare the old ladies when you're opening toy boxes with all the endless zipties in the parking lot for the kids. Good edge retention and action.
