I remember my reaction.
It was almost 2 years after we lost our first child during pregnancy, at 18 weeks. We started trying again after about 6 months, so it took a while.
I was late on my period and thought after so many negative tests it's probably not positive.
I sat on the toilet scrolling through my phone and when my timer beeped i looked at the test. It was positive, i froze, I felt strange, like i was dreaming. Tears started rolling over my cheeks, silently. I went to my husband and i just looked at him, crying without sound, test in my hand. He looked at me and said oh honey, it'll happen don't worry. I shook my head just not being able to speak. His eyes went wide, got to me, looked at the test and hugged me crying with joy.
We now have a wonderful 1yo daughter whom we love very much.

When I saw that first Positive I was shocked, so I took the second test, it came back Positive, I didn't believe them, so I literally went to the store and bought two more boxes, so I took 6 tests total before it hit me that it was really Positive, but I needed to actually know so I immediately went to the OBGYN(it was a Friday and I didn't want to wait the weekend without a definitive answer), then the paper said Pregnant, and only then did it truly hit me and I started bawling my eyes out
