In this video you will learn the art of the ctap in tf2.
If you're still having problems ctapping try practicing
ctap jumping (crouch, uncrouch wait about 0.2 seconds and jump)
if you can do that consistently just add a rocket to your jump and
you're good to go.

After 3600+ hours, I finally gave in; it's time to learn. My problem all this time has apparently been that I haven't been giving my character enough time to uncrouch that small bit. Thank you for explaining that. I'm now somewhat consistently completing jumps in ctap maps and it feels great.

hey mr.dd I just wanted to ask one thing like I play a lot of mge and im pretty good at aiming and airshoting but the thing is im bad at strafing and jumping so I win cuz of my aim but loose cuz of bad starfes. my friend told me to try out jump maps but I get so frustrated when I cant do the jumps ;/ should I first learn ctaps then easy jumps maps and then go to the harder ones?

when I try ctapping without rocket like you do at 0:30 I jump the same hight as when I do a regular rocket jump, what am I doing wrong??
