Ultrasound-guided 2-in-1 block for lower limb | US guided 2 in 1 Block for hip fractures analgesia
Показать описание
In this video, I have demonstrated the Ultrasound-guided 2-in-1 block for hip fractures analgesia
Ultrasound-guided lower limb blocks
US-guided 2 in 1 Block for hip fractures
This is nothing new, just another way of doing the US Guided Fascia Iliaca Block for Beginners. This can also be performed for analgesia before positioning for neuraxial Blocks.
This is a good block for Dynamic Hip Screws (DHS) and Cannulated Hip Screws (CHS). Lesser volume and higher concentration of LA can be used to provide a denser and longer block, unlike FICB. This block can be used whenever both FNB and LFCN blocks are required.
Infrainguinal Fascia Iliaca Compartment Block
Femoral Nerve Block
Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Nerve Block
Ultrasound guided Lower Limb Nerve Blocks
Ultrasound Scanning Principles for Hip Blocks
