Some of them were really surprising. I had no idea DeVito was so short and Eastwood was so Tall.
It's clear that director's do a lot in camera and with blocking to adjust the heights up and down.

Several stars seemed to have disproportionately large heads too.

I agree with the comment below that some actors give official heights taller than their real height. You can tell by comparing photos when they are next to someone or something of a known height.
