Disneyland is a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, which is a publicly traded company, so the financial information is available in their financial reports. However, it's difficult to determine exactly how much money Disneyland makes specifically, as the company does not break down the revenues generated by each of its individual theme parks or resorts.

In general terms, The Walt Disney Company's theme parks and resorts segment, which includes Disneyland, Disney World, and Disneyland Paris, among others, generates billions of dollars in revenue each year. For example, in 2020 the theme parks and resorts segment generated $18.4 billion in revenue.

It's worth noting that the company financials are affected by multiple factors like attendance, ticket prices, special events, seasons, among others, so the revenue can vary from year to year.

He narrates this with such enthusiasm but to me its a terrifying amount of capital and power and should be a growing concern about where we allocate spending and what options we have for entertainment.

Not true about fans paying whatever to get inside. I don’t think I’ll be going back to the parks again and I haven’t been since 2001. I love Disney but there’s no getting around the price

I hope they pay those poor schmucks that work there significantly above minimum wage. Imagine putting on some of those costumes. Not just the discomfort, but the filth and stench of previous workers left behind because I sincerely doubt they have an easy cleaning process or replace them after each employee starts anew.
