If I only had one day I would skip park hopper, do Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain and Matterhorn. Then Indy and Small World. I would bring my own sandwich for lunch and then eat it in line for Rise. Then try to do any dark rides like Toad or PP or Teacups. I would chill in Toontown. At this point I’m probably burnt out and need to eat again or go to hotel. Oh gosh pirates, yeah there is no way u can do it all in one day, so best to do DL as much as u can afford. 😮😅😊 ♥️

i feel like its smarter to start in california adventure because it has some must-rides for me personally that always have long wait times and then park hop to disneyland for the rest of the day

Girl!!! There’s soo much to do… one day isn’t enough even though the parks are open later… I just went last December for 2nd days and still wasn’t enough. I can’t wait to go back. When are you going again? Which is your favorite ride?

I also highly recommend the food festivals at DCA! It’s a fun and entertaining experience for those who like to try new food!

We were supposed to go to Disneyland, but with everything with the planes right now, our trip got canceled😭😭
We were in the airport for hours and our plane got delayed like five times . We missed our connecting flight. :((

If you only have one day — If you’re more of a “history of Disney” and vibes person, I’d just go to DLP; if you’re more of a “thrill rides” person, I guess go to DCA. But y’know actually… honestly still don’t waste time at DCA. That park was just not impressive to me. The only part of that park that made it worth visiting was Cars Land - that they did extremely well. Everything else was just… meh 🤷🏼‍♀️.

I only had two days out there (lifelong eastern US WDW person here) - did Day 1 at DLP and Day 2 at DCA, and no more than a couple hours into Day 2, I was already really regretful that I hadn’t just spent both days at DLP. I guess I’m glad I got to see DCA once, but chances are I won’t ever waste time going there again.

Granted, this is coming from a person whose max “thrill” tolerance is the drop(s) on Pirates of the Caribbean (no, for real lol), but even if I’d been able to ride more attractions, DCA was just very underwhelming overall. Excluding Cars Land, the rest of that park doesn’t really rise above the level of your closest Six Flags or whatever.

She only half right, don't go to Disneyland first, go to California Adventure first then go to Disneyland, and go during the weekdays Monday through Thursday is the best to maximize your rides, I did all the rides in both parks in 1 day also don't do parades or visit characters, that waste time

Don't waste your time at Disney land go to Florida and visit Disney world.
