My blood pressure use to be 198/119, I started eating red onions and I got the shock of my life. My BP is now 148/76, I know that 148 is still a bit High, but all praises be to the most High God.

Add A LOT of raw RED ONION (not WHITE ONION) in your preparation of sandwich shall give much much nicer taste to your sandwich.

Try and see. You eat the same usual portion everyday... but still feel hungry and hungry after eating... And when you eat, you feell eating more faster than usual too.
