Understanding of Digital Government

Some people may think that Smart City is the result of Digital Government; but I would say it is the Catalyst for Government to undergoing DX (Digital Transformation) process and becoming Digital Government.
From Industry report, 60% of the GDP worldwide is driven by Digitalization by 2022. Digital Government shall drive Digital Economy and achieve the Digital growth. Then we shall think deeply about the relationship of Digital Government and Digital Economy, follow with the direct benefit of GDP growth. By DX process of a Digital Government, Smart City building shall be a key driver to speed up the whole Digital Government building.
