Please follow the steps as you seen in the Video,

First Step::

Download Oracle SQL Developer from Official Oracle Website,

Second Step::

Configure with Oracle Database 18c XE Express Edition

Final Step::

Configure SYSTEM User, New User, HR Schema and Execute SQL Script
