Mine is doing the same with my PC. I keep getting "We're sorry, this feature not working properly". I am sure they will figure it out someday and it will be a great thing!

is the facebook option still available? I cannot find in on the webpage to added to my tree

I have never gotten it to work. I have used 3 different computers, different browsers....you name it. Emailed Ancestry support and got a lot of run around and no real help. That's one of the reasons I am no longer a paying customer anymore. I have a tree of almost 20, 000 names that I have been working on for many years, and it ticks me off that I have so much research to do, yet there stuff either doesn't work or is way to blamed expensive!!!
