Hey guys! In today's video I'm sharing my current early morning routine - it's so important for me to get up before the kids & have some quiet time to myself! I share how I fill this time to start my day off right plus my non negotiables for the morning!

5 am sounds very hard for many moms, especially if bedtime routine is struggle but it is amazing, how quickly the body can get into a new routine when you are consistent and patient. Thank you for sharing this video. I love my morning time before everyone gets up because it's so much calmer and I am so much more focused. I have even been able to fit in 30 mins of audio reading book time which is so good for my heart and soul. Good mornings to all amazing out there...whether it's 5 am or 9 am... we are all trying our best 🌞

I'm actively working towards getting up at 5am so I can have alone time before they get up instead of staying up late. Printing out a schedule and putting it all over the house and setting reminders on my phone has really helped me change from a night owl to a morning person. My eventual goal is actually 4am so I can have time with Hubby some days.

I love how you get everything set up aesthetically first thing. Music, scents etc can make so much of an impact on people’s moods. One of my children is autistic with high sensory needs and hyperactivity so I’m definitely going to give this a go. Thank you 😊

Loved this! I find that with my current routines, living situation and my kids sleep schedule I haven’t found the time in the mornings like I used to have for myself. This really made me want to get back to doing my Bible studies in the mornings (rather than at night) so thank you.

I completely understand your non-negotiables! I am the same way. I just don’t feel like myself unless i do certain things in the morning.

I started playing soft piano music. Currently on an autumn themed, but also like instrumental worship music. I put it on while making my morning tea. I keep it on when the kids wake up when starting breakfast and morning school routine. Love it! We love music and hsve it on all the time, but not so much in morning. Small thing that had made my morning space even more peaceful to do devotion and prayer. Thanks!!

On regular weekdays, I wake up at 4am when theres no help and 5 to 530 am when there is help, because my kids have to be out the door for school by 7am. I keep prayer time for after my kids and hubby leave and the house is quiet 😊 very nice channel you've got going. Lovely family and adorable kids ❤

Thank you for sharing, it’s so inspiring to know how other working mamas tackle their mornings! I work from home and I’m working on waking earlier to have more time for myself before my day kicks off. I have a 17.5 month old and resonate so much with your son waking up and nursing first thing, then playtime…that’s been our routine for a while and since he is still nursing, that’s what we do now 😆 But I love the morning cuddles with him ♥️

The morning routine and how you plan your week videos are VERY helpful right now!! Prepping for my very first little coming in august and I’m an anxious mess 😂 and, we plan to have three kids if possible so needless to say I’m ready to get my schedule in order before that hahah!

You are so inspiring and beautiful! Thank you for saying your little boy just started sleeping through the night, my almost 9 month old is still waking at night and I feel like I could be much more productive in the mornings when she starts sleeping through 🤞😊

Sorry if you mentioned this in the video and I missed it. But what time do you go to bed if you wake up 5am? How many hours do you sleep and do you nap at all? I wake up 7am and go to bed 11pm. I start remote work at 8am so I usually only have an hour to get myself and my little ready for the say which is hectic
